John Young- Agency Owner

John is a second generation insurance agent who has lived in the Carrollton area for 16 years.  He started his career in insurance while attending the University of North Texas.  John first worked as a captive agent for Allstate where he learned the basics of the industry as well as how to manage and grow a business by providing only the finest insurance products.  After becoming unsatisfied by only being able to offer insurance products from one company, John decided to open an independent agency.  John is determined to make The Young Insurance Group the leading independent agency in North Texas by offering only the most comprehensive insurance products at the most competitive prices possible.  John lives with his wife Amy and daughter Rory in Carrollton where he is excited that he can help protect the community he loves one family at a time.

Bentley Fitch- Agent

Bentley has lived in and around the Carrollton, Texas area since 1985. He is a graduate of The Colony High School and attended the University of North Texas, where he majored in marketing/advertising. Since moving to Carrollton, he’s seen a lot of thing change, develop and grow. After seeing the success and personal service The Young Insurance Group has provided the community throughout the years, Bentley decided to join agency owner, and long time friend, John Young to help grow and cultivate new business. Together, with hard work and honest business practices, they are determined to make the Young Insurance Group one of the top independent agencies in the state.
